I have a problem. What should I do?

First of all, make sure you have the latest version of Email Marketer. Your problem might have been a bug which has already been fixed.

  1. Run Email Marketer Administrator
  2. Click the Help | About menu and check your Email Marketer version
  3. Compare it with the latest version posted at http://www.nesox.com/en/email_marketer.asp
  4. Download it if they are different.
  5. Otherwise, ask for support.
