The Subscriber Service for Email Marketer Business Edition could help you handle subscription and unsubscription real time.
You will need to leave the Subscriber Service running in order for it to monitor requests.
To start the List Subscriber Manager, click Subscriber Service on the left pane.
New
Creates a new subscriber for the selected mailing list.
Property
Views or changes the settings of the selected subscriber.
Remove
Removes the selected subscriber.
Web Form
Previews the subscriber web form.
Receive All
Receives and handles all requests for the selected subscriber.
Message
Views the detail email of the selected request.
Export
Exports the email addresses in the view.
